Founder Run Terms
- The founder run is 100 units at $399 USD plus applicable taxes. Shipping is included to the US, Canada, the UK and Australia — we ship only to these regions. Taxes are not included.
- Reserving is free. Shopify's secure checkout saves your card; nothing is charged when you reserve.
- Production is confirmed once 50 units are reserved.
- When we reach 50, every reserver is emailed (a) the exact date their $399 plus applicable taxes will be charged, at least 48 hours ahead, and (b) their guaranteed latest delivery date.
- You can cancel your reservation free anytime before your charge date — email hello@athletesglobe.com.
- If 50 units aren't reserved by November 30, 2026, the founder run is cancelled, all reservations are released, and nobody is charged.
- Delivery is within 8–12 weeks of your charge date, and never later than 12 weeks after it. Units ship in reservation order, with tracking.
- If we miss your committed delivery date, you choose: keep waiting, or a full refund.
- Every unit has a 30-day return guarantee from delivery (full refund) and a 1-year warranty.

When am I charged?
Not when you reserve. Shopify's secure checkout saves your card, but nothing is charged. Once 50 founder units are reserved, production is confirmed and we email you the exact date your $399 plus applicable taxes will be charged — at least 48 hours in advance. You can cancel free before that date.
What happens if you don't reach 50?
If we haven't reached 50 reservations by November 30, 2026, the founder run is cancelled, every reservation is released, and no one is charged anything.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes — anytime before your charge date, at no cost. Just email hello@athletesglobe.com.
How long until my unit arrives?
Within 8–12 weeks of your charge date — and no later than 12 weeks. Your guaranteed delivery date is in the email we send before charging you, and you'll get tracking as soon as your unit ships.
What if my delivery is late?
If we miss the delivery date we committed to, you choose: keep waiting, or get a full refund.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Before you're charged, cancelling is free. After you're charged, you're covered if we miss our delivery date, and every unit comes with a 30-day return guarantee — return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No hoops, no penalty.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. Shipping is included in the $399 price. Taxes are not included: applicable sales tax, VAT or import duties are extra, and depending on your country are shown at checkout or collected by the carrier on delivery.
Why is Athlete's Globe so much cheaper than Hyperice?
We go direct-to-consumer with no retail markups, no celebrity endorsement budgets, and no flagship stores. The device performance is comparable — the price reflects our leaner model, not a lower-quality product.
How is this different from cheaper Amazon alternatives?
Most budget devices use 3–4 chambers at low pressure with no mode control. The AG-01 uses 5 independently controlled chambers at up to 150 mmHg — the pressure range used in clinical settings. The difference is felt immediately.
Is there a warranty?
Every unit comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. We handle all claims directly.
