How the AG-01 founder presale works
The AG-01 Recovery Boots are available now as a limited founder presale. Reserving lets you lock in founder pricing of $399 (launch price $599) before we begin production.

When you reserve, no payment is taken at checkout. Your payment method is securely saved by our checkout provider, and you are only charged when we begin production.
When you're charged
We charge the full $399 once our founder presale reaches its 100-unit threshold and we begin manufacturing. We'll email you before any charge is made, so there are no surprises.
Shipping
Reserved units are estimated to ship within approximately 8–10 weeks of production beginning. We'll keep you updated by email at each stage. The AG-01's lithium battery is airline-compliant for travel.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel your reservation at any time before your card is charged for a full release at no cost. After your card has been charged, you may request a refund within 14 days provided your unit has not yet shipped. Once your order ships, our standard 30-day return policy and 1-year manufacturer's warranty apply.
