At Athlete's Globe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your AG-01 Recovery Boots.

 

30-Day Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible.

 

Presale Orders

AG-01 is sold as a founder presale. Your card is charged at checkout to reserve your unit and lock in your founder price. You may cancel your presale order for a full refund at any time before your unit ships. Once your unit is delivered, the standard 30-day return window applies.

 

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@athletesglobe.com with your order number, and we'll send you return instructions. Unless your item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
