Refund policy

At Athlete's Globe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your AG-01 Recovery Boots.

 

30-Day Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible.

 

Founder Run Reservations

Reserving the AG-01 is free: Shopify's secure checkout saves your card, but nothing is charged when you reserve. You can cancel your reservation free anytime before your charge date by emailing hello@athletesglobe.com. If 50 units aren't reserved by November 30, 2026, the founder run is cancelled, all reservations are released, and nobody is charged. If we miss the delivery date we committed to, you choose: keep waiting, or get a full refund. Once your unit is delivered, the 30-day return window above applies.

 

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@athletesglobe.com with your order number, and we'll send you return instructions. Unless your item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
